Shipping Policy
- We currently ship to USA (including PR and VI), Canada, and Mexico.
- All online orders shipped to a single Continental US address (excludes AK, HI, PR, VI) qualify for FREE SHIPPING!
- Arrangements may be made for shipping to non-Continental USA, international orders, and/or express/rush deliveries. Please contact us.
- Handling charges for oversize boxes may apply.
- Shipping and handling charges, if any, are non-refundable.
- International customers will be responsible for any export/import/customs fees and taxes.
- We will not ship to a PO box, APO/FPO and other military station.
- We reserve the right to change the method of shipping suited to the product(s) ordered and the destination of the package(s).
- Any refused shipments sent back to us does not constitute the right to a credit. It is the customer’s responsibility to make all arrangements with us for the refused shipment.
- Selecting an expedited shipping method does not guarantee that the order will be shipped by a certain date. An expedited shipping method only instructs us to use that method of shipping when the order is processed and ready to ship.
- All products are packed carefully and correctly before it is shipped out. Damaged shipments should be checked in the presence of the carrier and documented in writing and with photos when possible. All claims for damaged or loss to your shipment must be made with the carrier. Please keep all shipping cartons and packaging for carrier inspection. We will not initiate any claims with the carrier. Claims for shortage of items or damaged shipments must be made within three (3) business days of receipt.
Return Policy
- We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. All returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on special or custom ordered items will be allowed.
- Customer is responsible for any shipping and handling expenses during returns.
- All authorized return merchandise must be unused and in its original unopened packaging. Any merchandise that shows signs of having been installed, mounted, scratched, or defaced will not be allowed.
