Let me start by saying, Malcolm is up to speed, on top of things, courteous, and squares the problems away. I had purchased a Megan Racing Resonated Test pipe, and all I received was just a Test Pipe. I notified Malcolm at eMpower and he IMMEDIATELY squared me away. He checked on the order, verified what I had, and it turned out that Megan Racing themselves placed the wrong item in the box. Even the box said resonated but none to be found. Malcolm had notified me of this, sent me the correct item and IT EVEN CAME A DAY EARLY!!! I have NOTHING but great things to say about this company, their customer service, and their products and prices. FREE SHIPPING along with low prices??? you can NOT beat that. THANKS AGAIN MALCOLM!
